As we begin our 3rd year on the Corporate Center campus, we couldn’t be happier with our selection of the space.   The office management team is proactive in their approach, and their response, when requested, is immediate.


McCandless Corporate Center is a great place to work. The people who work in the office are all wonderful and they always make a point to be sure that everyone is happy and comfortable. They are quick to respond when a maintenance issue arises.  In addition, it is very thoughtful of them to give us the opportunity to win gift cards around the holidays. I really doubt there are many other office buildings that do that. They also keep the building exceptionally clean and the landscaping outside is very appealing to the eye.  Lastly, when it snows, the parking lot is immediately cleared for everyone’s safety. Ultimately, MCC is a wonderful place and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. Keep up the magnificent work!


The management staff takes pride in assuring that their tenants are well cared for.  Both the management and maintenance staffs are very approachable and extremely receptive to all of our concerns.  Service calls are always responded to in a timely manner and many times the problem is resolved the same day.  Our management staff is top notch, professional, supportive, and offers on-call access which has proven to be extremely efficient.  There is no request that is too small.  If it’s important to us, it’s important to them.  This includes even the simplest of requests to change a light bulb, hang a picture or move a piece of furniture.  In addition, they treat our offices to candy, outdoor BBQs, combined with summertime concerts, ice cream socials, and drawings for gift cards at Thanksgiving and Christmas.  The grounds are always well manicured in the summer and the parking lots are plowed in the winter well before tenants arrive. The staff at Cushman and Wakefield works hard to achieve and maintain tenant satisfaction.  My guess is they wrote the manual!
